Joy March is a knowledgeable real estate agent, a skilled negotiator, as well as a wonderful person. I am pleased to have been able to work with her, and proud that she was the one to represent our interests in purchasing a home. Being a first time homebuyer, I was woefully ignorant of all real estate matters. I only knew that I didn't want to end up with a raw deal. I felt like a lamb surrounded by hungry wolves, all of whom wanted to get into my pocketbook. When I first interviewed Joy, still vary, I was impressed by her knowledgeable answers to my questions. Joy was completely forthright about all aspects of the real estate history and practices. She was very patient in answering my questions and explaining the real estate jargon that I was struggling with. Joy's explanations were so wonderful. Joy's talent and experience blossomed. She said and did all the right things. Even though the seller had several offers to choose from, joy stepped up to the plate and went to bat for us. She convinced the seller to accept our offer, and when problems arose later, joy was right there in the middle of things, negotiating on our behalf. Dealing with sellers isn't Joy's only skill: she also has an astute understanding of homebuyers, especially first time homebuyers. When "buyers remorse" struck, Joy was there to hold our hands and offer reassurances and sound advise. Joy walked us through the closing papers and offered practical advise about caring for our new home. It wasn't until after our business was concluded and I began talking with friends about the home buying that I realized Joy March is an exceptional real estate agent. My friends related stories of agents who didn't have time for their needs, were slow to respond to phone calls, misrepresenting them to prospective sellers, even being pressured to buy a house they didn't really want. None of these were the case with Joy. She was always available to show houses whenever I called, responded promptly to every phone call and was patient enough to keep viewing homes until we found the perfect one. Through out the entire home buying process, I felt that Joy was at my beck and call. When it comes time to buy another house, Joy march will be the agent to represent us. I treasure her honesty, friendliness and forthrightness in conducting business, qualities that not everyone has. I do not hesitate in recommending Joy to all my friends.

It was a lucky day indeed when I learned about Exclusive Buyer's Agents from Suzie Orman's website and followed a link that led me to Joy March. I am a first-time homebuyer and Joy talked me successfully through the entire process with the benefit of her experience, insight, and forthrightness. Joy put me in contact with a mortgage loan officer at the Bank of America who had me prequalified before I started the house hunt. I flew in from California for a weekend to take a preliminary look at the housing market in Gig Harbor. After looking at houses on Friday and Saturday, I unexpectedly found the house of my dreams and by Saturday afternoon Joy had prepared the offer letter and conducted an awe-inspiring pre-negotiation on the phone with the other realtor. We wanted an agent who assisted only buyers and not sellers, to avoid the kind of conflicts we have experienced before. Of all the buyers' agents we interviewed, Joy seemed the most knowledgeable, and also the least desperate for our business. The wisdom of our choice was borne out during the process of finding and buying a home.
